Mediterranean, touching the island of Cyprus as far as Beirut, Aleppo, and Laiazzo. Through this
voyage, precious ingredients such as roses, precious woods, and resins like storax and incense reached Venice, along with other precious goods such as cotton and sugar.

Iris and roses, lichens, sugar, spices, woods, and amber are just a few ingredients
found in ancient recipes, which in the new fragrance from The Merchant of Venice blend with modern touches.
