SHIPPING WITHIN ITALY

All orders are shipped via express courier (UPS - SDA - BRT - GLS - FedEx).
Average delivery time is 1 to 4 business days, depending on the destination, weather conditions, traffic, peak periods (Christmas, summer), and any extraordinary events beyond our control (strikes, road closures, etc.).

a) Shipping costs
Shipping within Italy costs € 6.00. Orders over € 49.00 qualify for free shipping.

b) Cash on delivery (Contrassegno)
A cash on delivery surcharge of € 3.00 applies and is added to the total order amount at checkout.
Payment must be made in cash upon delivery. A valid phone number* is required for this payment method to ensure correct and timely order fulfilment.
Pursuant to Italian anti-money laundering regulations (Legislative Decree 2023 as amended), cash payments equal to or exceeding € 5,000.00 are prohibited. The maximum cash on delivery amount is therefore € 4,999.99.
Couriers do not accept cheques or any payment method other than cash.

c) Delivery time preferences
You may add a “note” to your order specifying a preferred delivery time window (minimum 3 hours). Please note that this cannot be guaranteed, as it depends on the courier’s operational schedule.

d) Failed delivery attempt
If the courier is unable to reach the recipient at the time of delivery, a second attempt will be made on a subsequent day (sometimes the same day), or a delivery notice will be left with instructions on how to arrange a new delivery. No additional charges apply.

IT IS ESSENTIAL TO PROVIDE A VALID PHONE NUMBER IN CASE THE COURIER NEEDS TO CONTACT YOU, AND A DETAILED ADDRESS WHERE SOMEONE IS ALWAYS AVAILABLE TO RECEIVE THE PARCEL.

ORDERS PLACED WITH CASH ON DELIVERY AS THE PAYMENT METHOD WITHOUT A VALID PHONE NUMBER WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE.

SHIPPING TO EU COUNTRIES

No customs duties apply to shipments within the European Union. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination country.

SHIPPING TO NON-EU COUNTRIES

For shipments to countries outside the European Union, the recipient may be subject to customs duties and import taxes as required by the destination country’s legislation. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the recipient and cannot be estimated by NETSCENT SRL in advance. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing your order.
