Phoenician Leather Extrait 100 ml

This fragrance focuses on the rich and complex notes of labdanum concretion: dry woods, amber, honey, and dates take us back to Phoenicia (1200 BC). The Phoenicians were one of the first European civilizations to cultivate dates, grapes, and produce wine. They were also excellent navigators of the Levant (eastern and southern Mediterranean). Skilled craftsmen and traders of precious metals, fabrics, leather, and exotic woods, they invented Tyrian purple—a rare pigment derived from crushed shells, later used to dye the emperors' cloaks.
