Tone - is the adjustment that diminishes the colour tone of Fondant or brightens the PHI primer for a natural light effect. For all skin types.

Mix 1 drop to diminish the colour of Fondant by half a tone for an opaque base, or mix 1 drop with the PHI primer for a natural luminous effect.
