SHIPMENTS TO ITALY AND EUROPE

Shipments are made by courier (UPS-SDA)
The average time of delivery varies from 1 to 6 days, depending on the location.


a) Cost of Shipping:
For deliveries within Italy the cost of shipping is € 6,00. For purchases over € 49,00 shipping is free.

For all deliveries outside Italy the cost of shipping is variable (from 12 to 23 Euro).
For purchases over € 150,00 (only for UE) shipping is free.

b) Preferences for Delivery Times
It is possible to enter a "note" in the shipping documents, regarding the preferred time of delivery but please note this does not guarantee the time.

c) No-One Home at the Time of Delivery
If at the time of delivery, the courier can not contact the recipient, they will retry delivery in the next few days (sometimes even the same day) or they may leave a note which will advise information necessary to agree on a further return. There are no additional costs.

Some countries may be subject to customs fees and import duties. Such fees and expenses are full paid by the recipient

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO PROVIDE A VALID PHONE NUMBER IF THE COURIER HAS THE NEED TO CONTACT YOU, AND AN ADDRESS WHERE THERE IS ALWAYS SOMEONE WHO CAN ACCEPT THE SHIPMENT IN PARTICULAR FOR CASH.
